Shipping policy

Most items on this store are made-to-order, and as such can take between 7-10 days to ship out once an order is placed. Generally orders are shipped earlier than 7 days, but depending on the time of year can take longer to ship. If you require a faster order fulfillment for a special occasion, event, holiday, birthday, etc. please let us know when you place your order.

Items are usually shipped using the same shipping method chosen at checkout by the buyer. There are some rare instances where we may upgrade your shipping to a slightly faster method when your order is shipped if we have taken especially long to finish your order.

All apparel, posters, and some stickers are made-to-order by our partner business Printful and they are responsible for shipping your order. These items cannot be fulfilled faster than normal turnaround time.

Buyers are responsible for tracking their order using the tracking information provided via email once the order ships. If your order seems to be lost in transit please notify us via email (cloudforestdesign@gmail.com) to let us know. Items lost in transit or damaged via shipping can be replaced by us.
